Post-implementation, and nothing else.
We work exclusively with companies whose NetSuite is already live. No implementations. No reseller arrangements. No competing priorities.
NetSuite Doesn't End at Go-Live. Neither Do We.
Sitaram founded SuitePeak after years of working across enterprise ERP implementations, post-implementation optimisation, finance transformation, and NetSuite consulting engagements.
Prior to founding SuitePeak, he held consulting and advisory roles across leading technology and professional services organisations, delivering NetSuite implementations, stabilisation programmes, process automation initiatives, and post-go-live transformation projects for mid-market and enterprise businesses. His experience spans manufacturing, distribution, professional services, technology, and financial services organisations operating across multiple regions.
NetSuite rarely fails because of the platform itself. More often, years of incremental changes, manual processes, and poorly documented decisions create friction that limits efficiency, visibility, and scalability.
His approach is built on a simple belief: most underperforming NetSuite environments do not suffer from a technology problem. They suffer from a misalignment between the system, the business process, and the way the organisation operates today.
SuitePeak was established to close that gap.
Every engagement is designed to identify operational friction, simplify complexity, and unlock measurable business outcomes through targeted optimisation, automation, and process improvement. The work is precisely scoped, transparently delivered, and evaluated against the results it was intended to achieve.
"Every engagement is led and delivered directly by Sitaram. The person you speak with during discovery is the same person who analyses, recommends, and executes the work."
There's a gap. We fill it specifically.
Large system integrators focus on new implementations. Post-implementation support is a secondary service for them — handled as overflow on time-and-materials contracts with no fixed accountability.
Freelance consultants offer flexibility but create knowledge dependency on a single individual. When they're unavailable, you wait. When they leave, the knowledge leaves with them.
NetSuite's own support team handles product defects. Configuration, customisation, and process optimisation fall outside their scope.
SuitePeak fills the gap. A specialist consultant working exclusively on accounts that are already live — scoped on fixed milestones, with documented deliverables and a clean handover every time.
How every engagement runs.

Judge us by their words.
"We'd been told NetSuite 'just needs more configuration' for two years. SuitePeak spent two weeks in the account and produced a report that told us exactly what was wrong and in what order to fix it. The health check paid for itself in the first remediation sprint."
"Our AP team used to field forty or fifty supplier calls a week — mostly 'where's my payment?' The vendor portal has made those calls almost disappear. Suppliers check it themselves."
"Our support retainer means we have a NetSuite consultant available without the commitment of a hire. Every ticket is acknowledged the same day. The monthly call keeps our roadmap moving without requiring us to manage a project."
Independent. Specialist. Accountable.
No implementations. No upselling. No handoffs. Forty-five minutes to tell you whether and how we can help.
