Sitaram founded SuitePeak after years of working across enterprise ERP implementations, post-implementation optimisation, finance transformation, and NetSuite consulting engagements.

Prior to founding SuitePeak, he held consulting and advisory roles across leading technology and professional services organisations, delivering NetSuite implementations, stabilisation programmes, process automation initiatives, and post-go-live transformation projects for mid-market and enterprise businesses. His experience spans manufacturing, distribution, professional services, technology, and financial services organisations operating across multiple regions.

NetSuite rarely fails because of the platform itself. More often, years of incremental changes, manual processes, and poorly documented decisions create friction that limits efficiency, visibility, and scalability.

His approach is built on a simple belief: most underperforming NetSuite environments do not suffer from a technology problem. They suffer from a misalignment between the system, the business process, and the way the organisation operates today.

Large system integrators focus on new implementations. Post-implementation support is a secondary service for them — handled as overflow on time-and-materials contracts with no fixed accountability.

Fixed milestones, always
Every engagement is scoped to milestones with defined deliverables and acceptance criteria. The fee doesn't change unless the scope changes — and we tell you before accepting a scope change.
Document everything
Every script, workflow, customisation, and configuration change is documented. The documentation is a deliverable, not an afterthought. Your team can maintain what we build without ever calling us.
The answer might be 'don't do it'
We assess every requirement against the question of whether the investment is justified. Sometimes the most valuable advice is that the problem isn't worth solving. We'd rather say that at the consult than bill you for a project that doesn't add value.
Outcomes, not outputs
The success metric for every engagement is agreed before work starts and reported against honestly after delivery. If we miss the target, we say so and explain why.
Commercial honesty
We disclose when we can't do something, when a problem is outside our experience, and when a different service provider would serve you better. A client who hires the wrong firm is worse off than one who didn't hire anyone.
