How SuitePeak collects, uses, and protects information.
June 2026
SuitePeak is an independent NetSuite consulting firm. References to 'we', 'us', or 'SuitePeak' in this policy refer to the firm. Our contact address for privacy queries is [email protected].
We collect information you provide directly when submitting the consultation request form: name, email address, company name, role, country, and the content of your message or any attachments. We do not collect payment card information through this website. We do not use third-party advertising trackers or social media pixels.
We use information you submit solely to respond to your enquiry, scope any proposed engagement, and, with your permission, to send relevant updates about our services or content. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit agreement.
Files you attach to the consultation form are transmitted securely and stored for the duration of your enquiry and any resulting engagement. Files are deleted within 12 months of the engagement closing unless we have your agreement to retain them longer.
This website uses no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies. We may set a session cookie for form functionality. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to read this site.
Enquiry data (name, email, company, message) is retained for 24 months after the last contact unless you request deletion earlier. Active engagement correspondence and documents are retained for 7 years to meet professional obligations.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
We use TLS encryption for all data in transit. Access to enquiry data is restricted to the consulting team members handling your engagement.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be noted with a revised 'Last updated' date. Continued use of the contact form after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Privacy queries should be directed to [email protected].
