Overview

Growth breaks processes that were designed for a smaller business. Procure-to-pay processes built for 50 vendors don't scale to 500. Month-end close procedures designed for one entity become unmanageable with five. Process Improvement engagements are structured differently from customisation work — they start with the business question, not the system. We map the current process, identify the constraint, redesign it, then implement the redesign in NetSuite.
